Training & Placement Department
The dept. functions to prepare the student for the engineering industry and projects relevant to his studies and promotes his future with close interaction with industry. Following activities are organized by the T & P dept.

Conducting educational tours and arranging industrial training during vacations.

Arranges campus interviews for final year students with reputed industries e.g. Prime Services, Automatic Control Equipment, Omega, Cybernetics, Electrotherm etc. Students appeared for I.A.F, Army, Crompton Greaves, Hind Rectifier, EMC, DELCO Fans, M/s Be-Delft IEC & M/s Elpro selection interviews.

Students who want to pursue higher education by coaching for 
GATE and other competitive entrance tests.

To promote Entrepreneurship-MCED March is organizing Entrepreneurship Awareness courses for students. The Dept. also organizes technical lectures of Industrialists and eminent academicians.

To promote Science & Technology, All India Level Competition is organized for the benefit of students called as "PURSUIT" every year.

Center for Technology Development & Research

To cope-up with the fast growing trends in engineering and technology developments in emerging areas of Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engg. it is proposed to have C.T.D.R. in our institution.

Under this center different activities such as, continuing education programs, technical consultancy services, R&D, Central Repair Unit, Prototype model's development, technical publication, ISTE chapter activities, In-house technical Lectures/Seminars and Non-conventional Energy development projects are planned.

The core group of research oriented staff has developed useful work in a small way and is in active collaboration with premier research organizations like CEERI, SAMEER, NEERI, BITS, Rani Durgawati University, TERI and some industries.

Sports & Games.

Ten acres of land is earmarked for outdoor games i.e. foot-ball, hockey, cricket, Volley ball courts, hand ball court, Basket ball court, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, and running track.

The indoor-games complex of 21000 sq. feet area caters to gymnasium, table tennis, badminton, chess, carrom etc.

The college has several universities color holders, in badminton table tennis, Kabaddi, cricket, chess basketball, handball, gymnastics & quiz events.

Cultural, Social & Religious Activities.

Apart from Academics the engineering students are exposed to various social and cultural activities are organized i.e. SPIC-MACAY, YOUTH FESTIVALS, Publication of 'TATWACHIINTAN, (WALL POSTER) TATWADARSHI-MISCE- LLANNY, BLOOD DONATION CAMPS UNDER N.S.S. Religious discourses of Ramkrishna Mission monks & other orders arranged.

Yoga/Meditation Hall
SOUND MIND must have a STRONG BODY. The Yoga & Meditation provides a base for mental and spiritual growth. Students are advised to undergo Yoga & Meditation.

Hostel & Residential facility
Following hostel facilities for boys and girls and provided in campus. The Swami Vivekananda Hostel accommodates 360 students and Sant Dnyaneshwar Hostel 120 students. Two more boys hostel 120 seats each will be added soon.

Sant Muktabai Girls Hostel accommodates 120 girl students. One more girl's hostel of 100 seats will be added soon.
The staff is provided with 51 furnished flats in 4 blocks.
Guest House.

A well-furnished guesthouse with 11 suits is ready to serve, visitors and guests.

FACULTY
The teaching faculty consist 90 experienced Professors, Asst.Professors and Lecturers. There are 13 ph. D's 33 M.E's and P.G's and6 M. Phils. The team it constantly increasing.

SPECIAL FEATURE
Several individuals and organizations have instituted scholarships and prizes and endowments to encourage needy and meritorious students.
The College Management has instituted Merit performance cash-scholarships. The College Management makes period appeals to the well wishers and philanthropists to donate liberally for the cause.

FUTURE PLANS
Keeping the objective in view, wishes to introduce more courses i.e. M.E./M.Tech./M.C.A./ and run a Pilot Production Unit as a part of Technology park. Launch environment, alternate sources of energy etc. schemes in collaboration with GOVT. & N.G.O. wishes to actively participate with Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan Rural Development & Tribal development Schemes.
